Required Education and Experience 
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) or its equivalent
• 12+ years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree

Additional Skills Required
• Successful track record of leading, growing, and managing a business within a technology/enterprise software company with prior P&L responsibility.
• 10+ years of experience leading teams. Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing teams and individuals. A leader that is known for building organizational capability through diverse and deep talent pipelines. A motivating executive capable of instilling excitement and inspiring others.
• Strategic agility, ability to “see around corners” to anticipate future trends and new market transitions, as well as incorporate customer feedback that enables long-term business success.
• Operational capability with a demonstrated track record of implementing enhanced business and product management processes that shorten release cycles and improve “time to market” for new products. A champion of world-class operations standards and approaches. Is good at figuring out what to measure to track progress; sets up systems that can almost manage themselves; always looking for incremental process improvement.
• A driver around the use of data to solve problems and make decisions. uses multiple problem-solving tools and techniques to solve the toughest and most complex of problems.
• Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills with deft business acumen to complex situations with competing priorities.
• Possesses outstanding organizational and leadership skills: strong communication skills, interacts and is highly respected by employees at all levels, and treats others with respect.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills who can credibly communicate with and relate to people at all levels in the organization. A track record of building successful, strong relationships. A leader who has successfully influenced stakeholders to achieve results.
• Experience interacting, presenting to, and influencing Board- level executives.
• Results driven, can manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions quickly. Has a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo and a strong bias for action.
• Possesses a growth mindset, ability to effectively lead an organization to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
• High degree of integrity, operates with the highest personal, professional, and ethical standards.
• Prior international experience
• Strong technical acumen, prefer prior experience in an Engineering or Product leadership roles.
• Industry experience in software or technology in both a large multi-billion company as well as in a higher growth, mid-cap company is preferred.
