* 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Unix Systems Administrator role.
* 2+ years of experience supporting production/mission critical systems.

* Degree in a computer related field preferred or significant experience in lieu of a degree with certifications required.
* ITIL Foundation Certified
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
* Good analytical skills
* Project Management skills
* Experience with Enterprise Storage solutions.
* Experience with virtualization technologies.
* Experience with formal Change management policies and procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with large databases and clustering technologies.
