Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Overall 3-4 Yrs of experience in Technical Support
- Minimum 3 Yrs of hand-on technical experience in Supporting IT applications can be cloud/on-prem.
- Technologies covering the below:
- Experience on few of them i.e. Salesforce, Oracle E-Business, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau and Integration tools like Mulesoft, ODI & CastItron.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux/Windows knowledge.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concept and SQL, preferably in Oracle.
- Knowledge on deployment methodologies like Jenkins, Perl script, Shell Scripting etc.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Perl
Desired Qualifications
- Good communication skills, especially with verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident and capable of multitasking.
