Our Application Support Team is responsible for provisioning, managing and supporting Enterprise Applications which are utilized by internal business functions for supporting customers. We help test and develop new, innovative products and platforms. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver the best applications, products and services.

Partner with the best

As a System Support Engineer you will work closely with all technical teams and business functions to understand IT application requirements and deliver them in the most efficient way. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues and deliver resolutions effectively.

As a Systems Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert in DevOps to strategically develop and technically manage the best integration solutions
  • Monitoring alerts and platform metrics to identify potential issues and provide initial first point of contact support
  • Owning the incident and service request life-cycle to ensure progress and resolution updates to customers
  • Following internal SLA and OLA agreements and to ensure high-level quality of service is delivered
  • Building and maintaining a support and knowledge library to document issues and resolutions for our internal customers
  • Collaborating with engineering and platform teams to provide guidance to successfully deliver implementations and continuous support to IT applications

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 4 year's of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Have experience identifying efficiencies and use your experience to develop opportunities and implement automated flows
  • Demonstrate experience of Linux/Unix commands, cloud applications like Salesforce and good knowledge of SQL and Scripting languages
  • Have good experience of IT Infrastructure Management and Service Delivery gained in an ITIL environment
  • Be flexible and adaptable to time sensitive situations and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Be able to successfully handle escalations and troubleshoot issues while continuously focusing on the long term customer vision and strategy
