Basic Qualification and experience

·         Experience administering or working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, or 4+ years additional industry experience in lieu of degree.
  • Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software.
  • Proficiency in using support software tools.

·         Customer service orientation and/or prior customer service training.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to clearly document issue resolution.

Desired Qualification and experience

  • Experience working with a diverse set of languages such as Python/Perl/Ruby (on Rails)/Java and SQL.
  • Experience working with code analysis tools.
  • Experience working with version control systems such as Perforce, Git etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Experience with ITIL practices (Certification preferred).
