Responsibilities:

• Coordinating phone and onsite Interviews for hiring managers upon request
• Creating employment agreements
• Guiding and helping new hires complete the onboarding process according to Akamai’s policy
• Keeping track and updating candidates on their process and status as needed.
• Screening applicants via Akamai’s internal system
• Sourcing potential applicants via LinkedIn/Facebook
• Supporting the recruiting team with branding events (participation, promoting the Akamai Brand)
• Creating Purchase Orders for Placement Fees and Branding events
• Supporting the recruiter with day to day tasks

Qualifications:

•Experience with admin/ back office work- a must, a big advantage to someone who support HR team in the past.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excelled interpersonal skills
•Highly organized and responsible
•A ‘can do’ attitude and highly motivated
•Professionalism and excellent work ethic
•Native English Speaker- big plus!
•Experience in working for corporate environment- big plus!
•Experience in Sourcing/ recruiting/ HR Operations- big plus!
