Technical Program Manager
Required Education and Experience:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree
Required Skills
* 5+ years in a Technical Program/Project management role
* 5+ years or more experience in technology/software organizations
* 3+ years experience in a Software engineering or similar role
* 3+ years of experience with Jira or other issue tracking tools
Desired Skills
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent
* Experience in a software engineering role
* Significant practical experience with Agile practices
* Experience in a Scrum Master role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven leadership in teamwork and team building
* Must be experienced in handling Engineering Platform and/or Networking projects
* Experienced in software and technical projects/release/deployments
* Demonstrated experience in Agile led program/project management best practices
* Fast and eager learner
* Experience coordinating with engineering teams and leaders
* Well organized with project information (recording, tracking, reporting)
* Demonstrated ability to provide audience appropriate detail
* Ability to manage concurrent projects. Keen ability to identify, analyze and mitigate risks
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to drive decision making
* Natural ability to work in a fastĀ¬ paced environment, willingness to adapt to change and proceed on decisions made with varying levels of uncertainty
* Demonstrated experience facilitating dynamic meetings, coordinating among high-energy participants and influencing towards productive results
* Ultimate team player. Collaborative yet passionate and motivating
