Technical Program Manager II
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or its equivalent or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or
* relevant experience and a PhD in Computer Science or related field
Basic Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience working with software or systems engineering teams on critical systems
* 4+ years of experience with technical project or program management.
* 3+ years of experience managing complex programs across teams and across geographies.
* 3+ years of experience delivering a minimum of 10 large-scale complex programs (new products, services or solutions)
Desired Qualifications
* Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Highly responsible, self-disciplined, creative, and confident professional
* Familiarity with both waterfall and agile / scrum software development methodologies and tools
* Led large scale initiatives requiring coordination from > 40 contributors
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while responding to changing business and technical conditions.
* Enjoys taking on complex problems with a sense of optimism and determination
