Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field
- Experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers as an ‘Entry Level’ position for a person looking to develop a career in the I.T Industry”
- Knowledge of common network protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, RTMP and troubleshooting tools
- Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
- Use of log files as an aid to troubleshooting
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advantageous Skills:
- Knowledge of web programming such as HTML, JavaScript, ASP, JSP
- Programming or scripting knowledge
- Querying databases using SQL
- Knowledge or experience with any of the following:
- Streaming Technologies such as HLS or DASH, HDS, MSL
- Video Encoding
- Web Server Administration such as Apache, IIS, nginx
- Web Services such as SOAP, XML
- DevOps concepts
- Web Application/Firewalls or other Security solutions
