Qualifications

       Technical Education credits or credentials (Computer Science, Engineering, 

         IT, etc.)

       2 years of related technical experience are preferred but not required

       Excellent English language skills, both written and oral

       Basic understanding of APIs

       Basic web troubleshooting skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

       Basic Command Line & Linux navigation skills

       Strong problem-solving skills

       Ability to follow prescribed processes with excellent attention to detail

       Experience in Enterprise SaaS Support with large, multinational corporations

       Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and 

         commitments

       Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphere
