Qualifications

Basic
understanding of APIs

web troubleshooting skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Command Line & Linux navigation skills

problem-solving skills

Ability
to follow prescribed processes with excellent attention to detail

Experience
in Enterprise SaaS Support with large, multinational corporations
● Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and
commitments
● Strong team player who enjoys working in a
fast paced team atmosphere
