Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field
• Experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers as an ‘Entry Level’ position for a person looking to develop a career in the I.T Industry”
• Knowledge of common network protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, RTMP and troubleshooting tools
• Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
• Use of log files as an aid to troubleshooting
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advantageous Skills:

• Knowledge of web programming such as HTML, JavaScript, ASP, JSP
• Programming or scripting knowledge
• Querying databases using SQL
• Knowledge or experience with any of the following:
• Streaming Technologies such as HLS or DASH, HDS, MSL
• Video Encoding
• Web Server Administration such as Apache, IIS, nginx
• Web Services such as SOAP, XML
• DevOps concepts
• Web Application/Firewalls or other Security solutions
• Fluency in English and working proficiency in another European language such as Spanish or French
