To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Have experience of troubleshooting streaming technologies such as HLS, HDS, MSL Smooth, video encoding
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of the internet and IP networks, DNS and routing as well as communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, RTMP or UDP
  • Demonstrate working experience with Linux command line
  • Have knowledge of one or more web programming languages (Java, Python, Shell scripting)
  • Fluency in English and working proficiency in another European language such as Spanish, Italian or French
