Technical Support Engineer (CIAM)
Education
* Technical degree of any kind (2-year, 4-year, certificate, etc.), ideally focused on web-based technologies. DevOps-adjacent education is a strong plus.
Experience
* 2-3 years of professional technical experience minimum
* Enterprise SaaS experience a plus
* Customer-facing experience, particularly with technically-sophisticated audiences
Security product experience a plus*
* HIPAA, ITIL, SOC2, GDPR familiarity a plus
Required Skills
* Business level in English as the role requires frequent interactions with overseas
* Fluent in Japanese as you would focus on Japan based customers
* Web debugging (Developer Console: html, css, scripting, network; Intermediate to Advanced Skills)
* RESTful APIs (beginning skills are fine)
* Javascript (intermediate, ideally with strong debugging skills)
* JSON (intermediate)
* Linux (beginning-to-intermediate)
* Python, Ruby, PHP a plus
* Mobile platforms a plus
