MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering or related field. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience in technical support, engineering, IT, project management or consulting.
MUST HAVE: Demonstrated prior customer-facing experience; proven strong Knowledge of how the Internet works (HTTP, SSL, and DNS); proven strong Knowledge of common network protocols (TCP/IP, ICMP) and tools and web programming (HTML, javascript);, SQL and databases; solid verbal and written communication skills and solid communicator who can disseminate information in a clear and correct manner to both business and technical audiences; and demonstrated solid analytical skills and technical writing skills.
