Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting

- 5+ years in a management or
lead role of an internet or networking technical support team
- BS in Engineering or equivalent
experience
- Experience effectively
leveraging CRM systems, knowledge bases, and online self-help tools as
part of an overall support strategy
- Knowledge of the internet and
networking technologies
