Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS.c in computer science degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in maintaining production environments
• Experience working on UNIX/Linux system
• 1-2 years of proven experience working with scripting languages (bash/python/Java preferred)
• Excellent English Writing and Verbal abilities
Desired Qualifications:
• Proven Experience working in a support team
• Hands on experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Analytical abilities, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
