User Experience Designer.Senior

·       Mastery of visual and communication design principles including typography and information architecture with experience applying this knowledge to digital experiences.

·       A good understanding of user experience design principles and a passion for creating a desirable experience.

·       An excellent on-line portfolio showcasing visual and graphic design work, especially information visualization.

·       Highly skilled in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and/or other design tools.

·       Ability to create simple and glance-able dashboards that provide business insights.   

·       Ability to communicate requirements and design concepts with stakeholders from different departments with different perspectives and considerations

·       Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique and/or stakeholder feedback.

·       Ability to nurture and sustain a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, with excellent collaboration skills.

·       Previous experience on data visualizations and working in a data driven culture environment a plus

·       Previous experience working in branding, marketing and/or messaging a plus

·       Experience conducting usability testing a plus

·       Experience with Tableau a big plus.
