Required Education & Experience

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 15+ years of experience with 10+ years leading a team in high-growth, innovative environments.
  • Significant experience in global corporate real estate

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience and proven leadership in global, large scale project planning, reporting and budgeting.
  • Proven capability of influence and impact with senior leadership and Board of Director interactions
  • Experience with M&A and the resulting integration and utilization of space.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering and developing relationships across all stakeholder groups ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership/Board of Directors.
  • Demonstrated experience with global EHS and sustainability regulations.
  • Experience in physical security and adjacent virtual and internet-based security practices
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement significant cost savings initiatives within portfolio of activities
  • Experience in the management of both design/architecture activities and facilities operations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking. Ability to translate business objectives and priorities to communications goals and measurement. Translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Strong operational capability. Excellent organization, program, and process management skills. Metrics driven. Hands-on leadership and detail/process orientation. Budget and production schedule management. Continuous improvement orientation.
