Required Education & Experience
- BA or BS Degree
- 15+ years of experience with 10+ years leading a team in high-growth, innovative environments.
- Significant experience in global corporate real estate

- Experience and proven leadership in global, large scale project planning, reporting and budgeting.
- Proven capability of influence and impact with senior leadership and Board of Director interactions
- Experience with M&A and the resulting integration and utilization of space.
- Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering and developing relationships across all stakeholder groups ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership/Board of Directors.
- Demonstrated experience with global EHS and sustainability regulations.
- Experience in physical security and adjacent virtual and internet-based security practices
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement significant cost savings initiatives within portfolio of activities
- Experience in the management of both design/architecture activities and facilities operations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking. Ability to translate business objectives and priorities to communications goals and measurement. Translate strategy into actionable plans.
