Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective organizational strategies and transformations

·       Show a deep understanding and expertise of D&I and knowledge of global trends

·       Demonstrate proficiency to engage, influence and work with an executive leadership team

·       Have experience building strong relationships and driving change across global cross-functional teams

·       Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be highly adaptable

·       Be able to work through and drive decisions in ambiguous situations where delivery is the focus

·       Show exceptional judgment and empathy when working with team members, employees at all levels and external stakeholders

·       Have experience leading and developing teams

·       Demonstrate expertise in using metrics to inform, influence and communicate a vision to a wide range of audiences

·       Maintain attention to detail and quality, while working with a sense of urgency
