Documentation and Training Specialist

Required Education and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: 

* 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* Relevant experience and a Master’s degree or PhD

Required Skills

* Minimum of 2+ years instructional design experience.

* Minimum of 2+ years of overall experience in an Engineering organization.

* Minimum of 2+ years of experience developing technical trainings and labs

Desired Skills

* Concrete knowledge of Instructional Design theories and practices

* Experience applying adult learning principles as well as the ability to recognize and adapt to different learning styles.

* Experience with Graphic Design

* Expertise with Articulate 360 Suite

* Exposure to software development, coding, and scripting.

* Efficient and comfortable in interacting with geographically diverse subject matter experts and project team

* Knowledge of Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
