<概要>

既存顧客に対する内勤営業、レベニュー拡大と継続を目指していただきます。

顧客アドバイザーとしてPoCとなり、アカマイの各部署と顧客のリエゾンとなり、顧客からの要望の対応、カスタマーサービス、契約更新、請求処理、また必要に応じてアカマイのサービスについて顧客向けトレーニングを実施していただきます。

 

<業務内容>

レベニューを継続し、保持します

プリセールス、コンサルティング、アカウントマネージメントまで、エンドツーエンドでの営業サイクルを担当します

顧客に対し、テクニカルアドバイザリーリクエスト、契約変更リクエスト、インボイスの確認、利用状況のモニタリングなど契約内容に沿ったサポートを100%提供することに努める

ソリューションやサービスを提案する

問題点のエスカレーション

PURPOSE

The Inside Sales Representative, will manage the customer experience for a specific territory's install base of customers and help grow and maintain revenue. He/She is the Customer Representative/Advisor who serves as a key point of contact and as a liaison between the customer and the various departments within Akamai.

Key responsibilities will include managing customer requests, ongoing support around customer service levels, customer contract renewals, and customer billing, and providing training on the Akamai services.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manages and retains revenue for a territory's install base of accounts in Japan.

* Owns complete end-to-end sales cycle. Initiates pre-sales, consulting and account management.

* Ensures 100% utilization of contracted services (technical advisory requests, contract change requests, invoice reviews, monitor usage, etc.)

* Identifies and qualifies customer needs and challenges.

* Creates and delivers proposals of solutions and services for the install base of customers.

* Escalates problems and issues within install base of customers.

* Uncovers new growth opportunities and grows the existing revenue.

ネイティブレベルの日本語力(英語力あればプラス)

ソリューション営業の経験4年以上

ホスティングやネットワークなどインターネットおよび関連技術に関する理解

レベルの高い顧客満足度の維持と関係構築経験

自社製品やサービスの継続や利用拡大をすすめる顧客への影響力

顧客の要望に対するすばやく適切な対応力


Requirements

Japanese - Native, English is a plus

4+ years solution selling work experience.

Demonstrates a good understanding of technology and the Internethosting, networking a strategic landscape.

Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships

Ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of Akamai products and services.

Responds to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
