● 4+ years of post-collegiate work experience and a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

Required Skills:
● Deep understanding of sales process, and other sales tools.
● Strong MS Excel and analytical skills that can be applied across a broad set of problems.
● Understanding of SFDC architecture and data model, including workflows, custom objects and roles/profiles.
● Understanding of business objectives and the ability to design and implement processes to support them.
● Ability to organize data and transform it into concise, action-oriented information.
● Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
● Highly organized and good time management practices.
● Good communication skills.
● Able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
● Prepared to listen to others and have a strong sense of customer service.

Desired Skills:
● Ability to use collaboration tools like Jira, GoogleDocs and Confluence to organize work.
● Experience in working on Validity DemandTools would be an advantage.
● Ability to consolidate, organize, and convey complex problems in simple terms.
● Enjoys learning new things, building processes, evolving approaches.
● Exhibit the ability to take initiative and prioritize time effectively to deliver in a timely manner.
● Ability to self-manage in an environment with ambiguity and constant change.
● Salesforce Administrator Certification would be a plus.
