Compensation Manager
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* Bachelors Degree required
Required Skills
* 12 years’ experience in the development, management, and pull through of global compensation programs
* 8 years of experience managing a high-performing team of employees, including team members located remotely
Desired Skills
* MBA Prefered
* Experience working in the High-tech industry and the beginnings of an established network
* Business minded and applies their understanding of compensation to to support the goals of the business
* Candidate must be highly analytical and an innovative problem solver possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational and project planning skills
* Agile and open-minded learner with ability to listen, absorb, and re-apply learnings.
* Ability to take on challenges head-on and think about possible solutions while managing the expectations of stakeholders
* Ability to build strong relationships that establish trust, respect, competence and confidence along with a “can do”, problem solving and positive attitude
* Willingness and ability to “roll up the sleeves” to get involved in whatever it takes to help the team achieve priorities Consulting experience is desired
* Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience working with Oracle HRMS is a plus.
