Enterprise Sales Executive
Required Education:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of enterprise-sales experience in Internet services, security, networking or SaaS
Desired Skills:
* Experienced/trained in a sales methodology such as Miller Heiman, Challenge Sale, etc.
* History of consistently exceeding individual sales goals and targets
* Quick learner and self-starter with both an entrepreneurial and autonomous work ethic
* Ability to learn complex and nuanced ideas, and effectively communicate them with the appropriate level of detail in the context the prospect will understand
* Ability to effectively engage in strategic conversations that challenge the status quo and prompt action at all levels within an organization, including senior executives, technical stakeholders, and business owners
* Well-developed questioning and discover skills; ability probe and ask thoughtful questions that uncover and explore needs, intentions, priorities, comfort level, etc.
* Ability to open, advance, and close opportunities over the phone and in person
* Excellent interpersonal, conversational, verbal, and written skills
* Well-developed critical thinking and reasoning skills
* Ability to work well in ambiguous situations
* Flexibility and adaptability; open to new ideas
* Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Past success at VC-backed startup
* Strong drive to achieve, learn and and contribute
