Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in an international environment, preferably in IT and for US based company
- Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.
- Full knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship
- Experience in partnering with managers of different levels, comfort around higher management
- Ability to be flexible, dynamic, agile and to anticipate business needs
- Project management skills, ability to run programs on a regional and global scale such as acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication and presentation skills
- Core competencies in coaching, people management and building relationships
- Fluency in Polish and English.
