HR Manager - Southern Europe
Basic Qualifications
* A minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR
experience across multiple countries and with leadership responsibility remote
from HQ.
* 4+ years’ experience working in a high-tech company with multiple country
responsibilities, including some experience with a U.S. based company.
* Success in building and implementing HR plans with business leaders and
aligning local needs with company-wide programs and processes.
* Hands on experience in driving local implementation of compensation and
benefits programs as well as recruiting across multiple countries.
* Must be fluent in English and French, a third language (Italian or Spanish)
would be desirable.
* Highly skilled with technology tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) for developing
and providing HR tools to the country leadership.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a
multicultural organization.
* Excellent communication, consulting, influencing and presentation skills.
* Strong team player across HR and with the business.
* Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree in related field preferred.
