Required Education & Experience

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 12+ years of experience including at least 5 years of experience leading a team
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success leadership role

Additional Skills Required 

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful customer success and cross-functional processes.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. 
  • A history of building and leading best-in-class teams by creating loyalty, trust, and commitment to organizational goals. 
  • Both a strategic and operational leader with the ability to dive into the details and execute. 
  • Strong planning, process, and analytical skills; a driver around the use of data to make internal and market based decisions.
  • Inspiring transformational leader and change agent capable of setting bold strategic vision/direction and then enabling and implementing change in a collaborative company culture.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and build successful relationships with various stakeholders. Able to manage, influence and achieve alignment across a range of different interests and establish common alignment and direction. 
  • Possess outstanding organizational and leadership skills - strong written and oral communication skills, interacts and is highly respected by employees at all levels, and who acts with integrity and treats people with respect. 
  • Experience interacting, presenting, and influencing senior executives. 
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Technical acumen, must have strong knowledge of Internet and telecommunications concepts 
  • Prior experience in both Sales and post-sales roles is preferred
