As a Senior Marketing Program Manager you will be managing complex strategic initiatives that support our marketing mission critical goals and execute our marketing vision. You'll oversee end-to-end creative project management while working cross-functionally to drive efficiency,

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading one of our go-to-market initiatives. Facilitate the integrated planning, execution, communication, leadership, and collaboration
• Managing resource allocation and oversee end-to-end production of various types and sizes of projects
• Balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations seamlessly and effectively
• Fostering relationships with marketing teams, designers, copywriters, agencies, and other key players
• Ensuring brand, legal, and creative alignment across all deliverables
• Helping to streamline creative workflows by identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10+ years of relevant marketing experience and a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Have organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines;
• Have a solid understanding of project management concepts
• Have the ability to act intuitively, while following established guidelines and processes.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on negotiation and working with all levels throughout the organization
• Have a team player attitude, flexibility, and willingness to step in and support the PM team.
